How to Access Clients and Files - Cloud9

Follow the step-by-step process.

Staff Folder Access

1 Cloud9 Icon

Locate the Cloud9 icon on your desktop and play the video or follow the instructions below:

2 EDashboard Icon

Locate the eDashboard icon on your desktop and click.

3 Click Connect

Click “Connect” in RemoteApp pop-up box.

4 User Name & Password

Enter your eDashboard user name and password and click OK.

5 File Explorer

Click on the “File Explorer” button to the left of the drop down window below the tabs.

6 Cloud Files

Select “Cloud Files (H:)” drive from the drives displayed in the left column

7 000 INTERNAL

From the “H” drive, select the file called “000 INTERNAL”.

8 Staff Working Folders

Select “Staff Working Folders” from the “000 INTERNAL” file folder.

9 Search File

Find the file identified with your name.

10 Access Files

Your files will be displayed. You can use and access your files as if they are resident on your desktop.

11 Leave Folder

To leave this folder click the “X” in the upper right hand corner of the window.

This will return you to the “eDashboard” interface.

Accessing Client Files

1 Select Client

Select the client you wish to work with from the drop-down window in the center of the page.

2 Green Folder

Once you have chosen the client you wish to work with, click the green folder with the arrow in the left column.

3 Initiate Application

This will initiate the QuickBooks application.

4 User Name & Password

When prompted, enter your QuickBooks user name and password.

5 Minimize

QuickBooks will open. To make the interface less cluttered, click the box in the top right of the top open window within the application.

6 Navigate

You can then navigate with by using the list of open windows by clicking windows from the task bar and selecting an open window from the list.

7 Home

To open new windows of functionality, just select “Home” and then choose a function from the home page.

8 Log Out

Once you have completed your work in QuickBooks be sure to completely log-out by clicking “File” in the top left and then “Exit” in the drop-down options.

9 Exit

Once you have exited QuickBooks, complete your log-out by selecting “File” in the top left of the eDashboard window, and then clicking “Exit” in the drop-down.
